Construction and Landscaping in the Inland Empire

Al's works San Bernardino, Highland and Redlands as well as the Coachella Valley, and has for years. It is the same two trades under one contact: construction and concrete on one side, planting and irrigation on the other, priced together rather than by two companies pointing at each other across the property line.

The Inland Empire is a different climate from the valley floor, and the work reflects it. Winters are cold enough that planting windows matter, summers are hot enough that irrigation still has to be zoned properly, and the soil moves more than people expect, which is why footings and base preparation get the attention here that they do.

WHAT WE BUILD HERE

Room additions, renovations, kitchens and bathrooms, flooring and tile. Concrete of every kind: driveways, curbs and sidewalks, stamped and colored slabs, exposed aggregate, patios and repairs. Retaining walls, masonry and stone veneer. Fences, wrought iron gates, barbecues and fire pits.

Demolition too, including concrete and asphalt demo, when the job starts with getting rid of what is already there. The full list is on the construction page, and all twenty-three services are available in the Inland Empire, not just the valley.

GROUNDS AND WATER

General landscape, planting, new lawns and sod, boulders and hardscape, plus drip irrigation and sprinkler systems, controllers, valves, trenching and drainage. Palm and tree trimming, removal and cleanups. Low voltage and LED lighting.

Where the valley pushes everything toward desertscapes, Inland Empire yards have more range: lawn is still viable, and the planting palette is wider. We will tell you what will actually survive on your lot rather than selling you the valley answer by default.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Do you really travel out of the Coachella Valley?

Yes. San Bernardino, Highland and Redlands have been part of the service area for years and are listed alongside the valley cities on the about page. It is a longer run than a job in town, so it is worth calling early about timing so the work can be scheduled properly rather than squeezed in.

Who pulls the permits?

We do, on the work that needs them. Permits are handled through the city or county with jurisdiction over your address, which in this area may be San Bernardino, Highland, Redlands or the county, and the requirements are not identical. That gets sorted before the schedule is set, not during.

Can one crew do both the building and the yard?

That is the whole point of the business. Most jobs touch both sides of the property line, so the crew that pours the patio can set the irrigation and plant the beds around it, with one point of contact from estimate to walkthrough.

San Bernardino, Highland or Redlands? Same crew, same estimate.

Estimates are free and there's no obligation.
