It is the same two trades under one contact: construction and concrete on one side, planting and irrigation on the other, priced together rather than by two companies pointing at each other across the property line.
The Inland Empire is a different climate from the valley floor, and the work reflects it. Yes. San Bernardino, Highland and Redlands have been part of the service area for years and are listed alongside the valley cities on the about page. It is a longer run than a job in town, so it is worth calling early about timing so the work can be scheduled properly rather than squeezed in.
We do, on the work that needs them. Permits are handled through the city or county with jurisdiction over your address, which in this area may be San Bernardino, Highland, Redlands or the county, and the requirements are not identical. That gets sorted before the schedule is set, not during.
